RFP-PARK-001-2023 - Herbicide And Rodenticide Services

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Cochrane (the “Town”) to submit non-binding proposals to perform herbicide and rodenticide services within the Town of Cochrane. The project scope include weed identification; treatment signage placement and removal; weed spraying; and targeted control of the Richardson Ground Squirrel (as further described in Appendix A).

The Town of Cochrane has a population of approximately 35,000 residents and is one of Canada’s fastest growing municipalities with a vast and varied park system. In addition to multiple ball diamonds, flat sports fields, parks, and extensive pathway systems the Town also maintains a large amount of naturized areas that require monitoring and control of invasive weeds and Richardson Ground Squirrel.
